1. Brazilian and Japanese leagues have different system not like more European leagues. And as you may notice, in my database they are still in the season "2016" (2015-2016 - actually they finished it) .
The majority of the European leagues are in the season 2016-2017 which I noted "2017". The leagues you mentioned will be in the "2017" season started with the next spring.
I found 2 games with wrong results in Brazilian first league though.
